I have to give Trey the highest rating possible as I tend not to be the easiest person to deal with partially due to my engineering background. Trey listened carefully to all my suggestions and interjected the proper questions to fully understand my desires and limitations. His knowledge of the area helped me eliminate multiple areas that looked good on paper but had unique issues I wanted to avoid.

Once we got down to negotiations, Trey gave me good comps and listened carefully to my rational for making an offer. When new information became available during the inspection and I got cold feet, Trey was able to get me a full refund of my out of pocket costs.

Upon finding my dream house,
Trey worked his magic with the listing agent to ensure nothing fell through the cracks even when issues were identified that were not addressed by contract. He was able to resolve all issues without me being present including some that I did not even knew existed until they were resolved in my favor. Trey went way beyond what I expected as an agent and I have been told I have a tendancy to be high maintenance.
